This week we tested if sport drinks hydrates and fuels you better than water.
To achieve this we broke into five groups of six.Two people from each group had to do a fitness test firstly just running on water and then running on sports drinks.We made sure this is fair by holding these tests on the same day and time of the week.
The other four people in the group worked on setting up the test and taking photos.
We found out that sports drinks hydrates better than water for a short space of time but for the long term waters better. :o)
